Chapter 509:
🍙 🍙 🍙 🍙 🍙
RK noticed that Stella seemed very unhappy ever since she came out of the room. Even just now, she had forced a smile.
“RK, I don’t know why you chose to help my father through his difficulties, but you want his daughter to marry you. I don’t know what your purpose is, but I just want to tell you: if you ever want to divorce me, just tell me. I won’t object.”
Stella turned her head and looked at RK with a determined expression.
“Stella, you’re too naive. Do you think everyone knows what we’re getting married for? Do you think I’ll want to divorce you?” RK looked at the woman in front of him and found her to be very capricious.
“Haha…” Stella didn’t answer RK’s question and merely smiled coldly at him. She believed that if Sophia and RK had any sort of relationship, then she and RK could never be together forever.
RK observed the woman before him and realized that Stella didn’t know what was good for her.
He strode up to Stella and wrapped his arms around her. He narrowed his eyes and looked at her, only to find that her eyes were still filled with mockery, which angered him.
As RK leaned in to kiss Stella, she turned her head and pressed his lips against her cheek.
RK heard Stella’s voice beside his ear.
“It’s dirty.”
This comment completely infuriated RK.
Stella claimed he was dirty. He didn’t care for her, so she had no right to dislike him.

“You think I’m dirty, huh?” RK let go of Stella and turned to leave without looking back.
As he turned around, he saw Sophia standing there with red-rimmed eyes. He frowned and strode toward her, wrapping his arm around Sophia’s shoulder and leading her up the stairs.
“Stella, are you okay? Just now…” Emily had been watching the two of them from the other side and feared that Stella and RK would expose their feelings.
“It’s okay. Let’s go. Get changed, and we’ll head back to college together.” Stella walked toward the stairs first. Emily observed Stella’s strange expression and followed her.
When Stella returned to the dormitory, she lay on the bed without removing her makeup and crawled under the quilt.
Emily didn’t know what to say to comfort Stella. She could only go to the bathroom to remove her makeup and wash up before heading to bed to rest.
“Ding…”
In the middle of the night, Stella’s phone suddenly rang. To be honest, she hadn’t fallen asleep. She looked at the caller ID and saw it was RK, so she hung up. She didn’t expect RK to keep calling her after she hung up.
Stella simply turned off her phone.
Not long after, Emily’s cell phone rang. Emily answered the phone groggily.
“Ask Stella to pick up.” After RK returned that evening, he realized Stella was missing. He searched inside the hotel but couldn’t find her. Later, a waiter mentioned seeing two girls leave together. RK guessed they were Stella and Emily.
“RK!” Emily was startled awake by RK’s voice and shook off her confusion.
She looked up at Stella and realized she had kept her eyes open.
“Stella, do you want to pick it up?” Emily cautiously asked Stella.
Stella found that even if she didn’t answer RK’s call, he still had ways to find her. Helplessly, Stella nodded and said, “Ask RK to call me.” Just as Stella turned on her phone, RK called her.
“Tell me, what’s the matter? I have to attend classes tomorrow. It’s so late; I’m going to rest.” Stella’s voice was faint, making it hard to gauge her feelings.
“Madam, do you think it’s right for you to leave your husband alone on your wedding night?” RK said through gritted teeth.
“Haha, do you still need a woman to keep you company? If there’s nothing else, I’ll hang up.”
“Stella, you’d better come to the RK Mansion early tomorrow morning. Don’t make me come looking for you, or you’ll have to face the consequences.” RK was irritated with Stella.
After hanging up the phone, Stella dismissed RK’s words as nonsense. She covered her ears and ignored him.
Early the next morning, Stella got up and went to the canteen for breakfast. Afterward, she headed to the classroom early.
Emily sensed that Stella was in a bad mood. However, she didn’t pry and followed Stella to class. Halfway through the lesson, the door suddenly swung open.
Stella, who was in a daze, was nudged by Emily. She came to her senses and looked up in the direction Emily was pointing, only to find RK standing at the door.
“Excuse me, my friend…” Before the professor could finish his sentence, he saw RK walking toward Stella. She glanced at him and continued reading her textbook.
The students and professors in the classroom all followed RK’s movements, their attention focused on him.
It wasn’t until RK stopped beside Stella that he turned to look at her.
“Madam, you’re disobedient. You need me to personally pick you up for your honeymoon!”
RK’s voice wasn’t loud, but in the quiet classroom, everyone could hear him.
Stella was quite famous. She got married in her second year and returned to school to attend classes the following day.
The whispers around them grew louder…
Stella heard everything they were saying. RK stood there, looking at her, saying nothing and remaining still.
In the end, Stella couldn’t take it anymore. She dragged RK out of the classroom and headed straight for the sports ground.
As soon as they walked out of the classroom, the noise within became louder. Stella frowned. Once on the sports ground, she shook off RK’s arm.
“RK, are you out of your mind?” Stella felt RK was being unreasonable. This time, Stella had gained some fame around campus.
“Stella, it seems you’ve forgotten what I said yesterday.”
“Do you want to know what the consequences will be?” RK smiled at Stella.
This was the second time Stella had seen RK’s smile, but it was different from before.
“Come with me now. Don’t say no. Otherwise, in a few minutes, my father-in-law’s company will disappear.” RK smiled deviously, delivering a threat Stella couldn’t refuse.
Sitting in RK’s car, Stella sent a text message to Emily, telling her not to worry.
Then she put down her phone and closed her eyes to rest.
RK turned his head to look at Stella. He couldn’t understand why she, who had always been nice to him, would treat him like this.
The car stopped, and Stella opened her eyes. Seeing the airport outside, she felt confused.
“I told you just now that we’re going on our honeymoon.” RK glanced at the bewildered Stella and explained to her.
Stella learned from RK that they were indeed going on their honeymoon, but she didn’t even look at him.
She just sat in the waiting area.
It wasn’t until RK stood up and grabbed Stella’s hand that she finally stood.
Stella attempted to shake off RK’s hand but found that he not only held on tightly but was also applying more and more pressure.
Not wanting to hurt her hand, Stella gave up struggling.
