Ever since Adrian was taken away, Stella rarely spoke. Sometimes, even the expression on her face seemed absent. Occasionally, after hearing news about Adrian, some emotion would flicker across her face, but for the most part, she appeared to be wandering in a daze.

After all, the most important reason was still RK! Emily nodded and lied, “Yes, maybe we can see Adrian. Let’s go together!”
