Chapter 656:
“So, you haven’t slept for so long because you want to know what my dad said?” Ruben looked at Emily, pinched her nose, and spoke.
“Ruben, I knew all of your big families value families of equal social status. My family…” Before she could finish her sentence, Ruben cut her off with a kiss.
After the kiss, Emily collapsed into Ruben’s embrace. “My family doesn’t care about those things. Don’t think too much about it.”
Looking at Emily, Ruben wanted to clean her up and eat her up. However, when he learned what his mother was doing from his father, he gave up the idea.
“My dad wants to talk to me about my work, and…” Ruben stopped halfway and just looked at Emily.
“What else?”
Emily hated Ruben for stopping halfway; it made her heart itch.
“Also, he asked me when I will take your parents over to meet them. He told us to hold the wedding as soon as possible. Otherwise, he will have a grandson before we get married, and that’s not good.” Ruben said as he looked at the change in Emily’s face, and the smile on his face became even more enchanting.
Emily hid in Ruben’s arm with a red face and stopped talking. “Emily, marry me!” Ruben said as he lifted Emily’s head and kissed her.
“Honey, let’s get our marriage certificate after the New Year.” RK looked at Stella and said. He wanted to get his marriage certificate with Stella immediately and then hide it.
“You are still in the period of investigation.” Stella was amused by RK and said, “When you gave me a divorce agreement, I signed it. Do you think it’s so easy to get married again?”
Stella thought as RK hugged her from behind. He now regretted his decision at that time. If he could go back to that moment, he certainly would not have done that. Why did he feel that he was still a little far from pursuing his wife?
“RK, are you asleep?” Stella asked. She had slept too much during the day, so she couldn’t fall asleep at all.
“No,” RK replied to Stella in a muffled voice.

“Then what are you thinking about?” Stella turned around to look at RK and asked.
“I am thinking about how to get you married as soon as possible.” RK looked at Stella and said seriously.
Stella blinked but did not say anything.
“Let’s go out for a walk,” Stella suggested. She pinched the flesh on RK’s waist and said. She found that she had been lying down all afternoon and didn’t want to lie down anymore.
“Okay.” RK kissed Stella’s eyes and said. He got up, put on his clothes, and helped Stella get dressed.
The two of them bundled themselves in cotton-padded clothes and ran into the garden. However, it was winter, so there was nothing to look at. On the contrary, the snow had not yet melted. Mrs. Kingston had also ordered them not to shovel in the garden, so there was only a small path leading to a swing.
RK and Stella sat on the double swing, watching the moon and stars in the sky.
“RK, I found that your family likes to give names starting with the letter R.” Stella thought of Adrian’s name and felt that it was strange.
The corner of RK’s mouth twitched. “Look, isn’t Ruben’s name an R? And now Ryan…”
Stella leaned into RK’s arms and said, “I think so…”
Hearing Stella’s words, RK felt a little strange because it was indeed true. However, he had never thought of this before.
“Sigh, RK, what’s your uncle’s name?” Stella sat up, looked at RK curiously, and asked.
RK thought about his father’s name and wondered if he should tell Stella or not. “You had better ask my dad.” After thinking about it for a while, RK could only answer Stella in this way.
“Ugh…,” Stella said, “I’ll run over and ask, ‘Uncle, what’s your name? Can you tell me?'” Thinking of that scene, Stella immediately shook her head and gave up the idea. “Forget it. It doesn’t matter if I don’t know. It’s just…”
Stella replied as she turned her head and looked at the sky full of stars and the moon.
“RK, do you know many people say that the night is dark and lonely? But I don’t think so… because it has the moon and stars as its companions. What do you think?” She looked at RK and asked.
RK reached out and took Stella’s hand back. He felt in her hand and nodded. To him now, Stella was right no matter what he said.
“It’s snowing again.” Stella looked at the falling snowflakes in the sky and pulled her hand out of RK’s to catch the snowflakes.
“Yes.” RK grabbed Stella’s hand again.
Her hands were so cold, and yet she always wanted to run out. “Why is it snowing with the moon and the stars?” Stella ignored RK, who was holding her hand, and asked.
“I don’t know,” RK looked up at the moon and stars in the sky. He wanted to know why, but he couldn’t figure it out, so he didn’t want to think about it.
The falling snow seemed to be brighter because of the moon. They sat on the swing, holding each other’s fingers, and looked up at the sky. The scene seemed to have stopped at that moment.
