Chapter 657:
🍙 🍙 🍙 🍙 🍙
“Stella, try this one.” Mrs. Kingston handed the clothes in her hand to Stella and said.
Stella reached out to grab it. Looking at the clothes in her hands, she raised her head and looked at RK, who was sitting on the sofa. RK smiled and didn’t say anything. He glanced at the dressing room.
Stella looked away and had no choice but to change her clothes. She knew that women were all shop maniacs, but Mrs. Kingston was just too good at shopping.
“It’s good-looking. It’s very good-looking. Emily, try this one again.” Mrs. Kingston saw Emily come out and walked around her twice as she spoke. Then she handed the clothes she just picked out for Emily.
Emily could only reach out and take it. She and Stella looked at each other and had no choice but to try. She always felt that she could go shopping, but she didn’t expect that Mrs. Kingston could shop more often. She couldn’t stand it.
RK and Ruben sat on the sofa, looking at their mother. They didn’t know what to say. They usually wouldn’t go shopping with Mrs. Kingston. One could tell just by looking at the bags piled up around them.
“Mom, my brother and I are going to put our clothes in the car. It’s already noon, and we will have lunch later,” RK stood up and looked at Mrs. Kingston as he said.
Mrs. Kingston nodded and didn’t say anything else. She continued picking out clothes for her two daughters-in-law. RK and Ruben were filled with bags in their hands as they walked out.
“Fortunately, Adrian didn’t come. Otherwise, Mom would also have bought a lot of things for him.” Ruben wanted to run away right now. It was a mistake to accompany them out.
“I will go back later.” RK couldn’t stand it anymore, so he decided to drive back later. Ruben nodded in agreement.
“Grandpa, it’s almost noon. Grandma and the others should be back, right?” Adrian looked out the window and found that no one had returned.
“Yes.” Mr. Kingston nodded.
Adrian looked out of the window, expecting them to come back soon. He and Mr. Kingston had been playing chess the whole morning. In the morning, he thought that Mr. Kingston wanted him to stay; it turned out that Mr. Kingston was bored at home alone, so he asked him to stay and taught him to play chess.

“RK, how can this be the way home? I haven’t bought clothes for my grandson yet.” Mrs. Kingston looked at the route of the car and found it very familiar. “Mom, let’s go home for lunch.”
RK felt a headache when he heard Mrs. Kingston’s words. Women were scary creatures. Mrs. Kingston had been shopping all morning and didn’t feel tired at all; on the contrary, she seemed more and more energetic.
“Well, after dinner, we will take Little Rian out with us. Otherwise, I don’t know if it fits him well or not.” Mrs. Kingston didn’t think much about it at all and said. She just wanted to give the best to her daughter-in-law and grandson.
The corner of RK’s mouth twitched. He didn’t know what to say; he didn’t want to go shopping at all. He looked at Stella, who was so tired that she was fast asleep, and his heart ached for her.
Hearing Mrs. Kingston’s words, Emily reached out to pull Ruben. Ruben shook his head. No one could stop her from doing anything.
“Grandma and the others are back!” When Adrian saw the car coming in, he immediately stood up and ran out.
Looking at Adrian, Mrs. Kingston frowned and then looked at the chess game on the table. “Little Rian, isn’t it boring to play chess with grandfather? I will take Little Rian shopping in the afternoon.” As soon as Mrs. Kingston entered the door, she saw Mr. Kingston on the sofa drinking tea, so she started to talk to him.
Mr. Kingston didn’t say anything; he just looked at Adrian. When Adrian saw the look in Mr. Kingston’s eyes, he immediately understood how good it was for Mr. Kingston to keep him at home.
“Hehe… Adrian doesn’t feel bored. He likes to play chess with Grandpa.” Adrian got out of Mrs. Kingston’s arms and looked at everyone with a smile.
“Adrian, don’t be afraid of your grandfather; I will take you to buy clothes in the afternoon.” Mrs. Kingston said as she rubbed Adrian’s hair and looked at him kindly.
The corners of Adrian’s eyes twitched, and his smile almost froze.
“Time to eat.” Mr. Kingston looked at Mrs. Kingston, then stood up and walked to the dining room.
“Auntie, do you still want to go shopping this afternoon?” Hearing Mrs. Kingston’s words, Emily felt that there was little hope of not going.
After lunch, Mrs. Kingston didn’t go shopping immediately. She told them to rest for a while before going. She knew that they were tired.
RK and Stella went back to their room. When Stella saw the bed, she immediately threw herself onto it. She didn’t want to keep her image anymore; she felt like her calf was going to ache to death.
RK looked at Stella and smiled. He walked over to the bed and helped Stella take off her shoes.
“Fortunately, I didn’t wear high heels. Otherwise, my foot would have been disabled today.” Stella was very glad that she had worn a pair of sneakers today.
