Chapter 696: (END)

“Oh…”
Adrian nodded and followed the clerk into the changing room.
“Mister Seventeen, why don’t you try on your clothes as well?” Stella looked at Seventeen, who had become almost an invisible figure, and said.
Seventeen nodded, took her clothes from the clerk and went to the dressing room to change.
“Me too!”
Seeing that he had been ignored, Baby became very sad.
“Baby’s still in there! Oh, look at my memory!” Emily covered her mouth slyly, laughing as she watched Baby’s expression.
“Well, don’t tease Baby.” Stella patted Emily’s shoulder and said, walking over to Baby to take her hand.
Mrs. and Mr. Kingston also arrived to prepare the wedding details.
Stella and Emily also began to take care of each other, as they always had.
…
In the blink of an eye, the wedding day arrived.
Tristan returned with his bride, and Wayne brought Damien.
Alicia also returned. RK had helped Seventeen with some unfinished business, so he wouldn’t be back right away. Stella had once asked him why it was taking so long for him to return, but Alicia only answered vaguely. After that, Stella didn’t insist anymore. She knew that everyone had their own secrets. As long as it didn’t affect Adrian, she didn’t care. After all, Seventeen had always been a good person.
As for Seventeen and Alicia, they both decided to start a new life and make new memories.
The Brook family, who had left Baby, also returned.

The wedding was originally going to be held in the church, but Emily and Stella decided to have it in a garden. Although the flowers were not in full bloom, the grass was already green and beautiful.
The wedding was simple and uncomplicated, without too many guests. Only family and close friends were present.
The wedding music began to play. Stella took Tristan’s arm, while Emily took Mr. Brown’s arm.
Stella was so nervous that her palms were sweating coldly. Emily had also been through similar situations.
Step by step, they approached Ruben and RK.
Father Brown put Emily’s hand over Ruben’s and, as he looked at them, his eyes filled with tears. He couldn’t bear to see his daughter marry someone else….
Emily’s eyes were red, too, and the tears were about to fall.
Mr. Brown said nothing. He simply patted Emily’s hand.
“Rene, I hope you know how to appreciate her. I hope Stella will be happy for the rest of her life.” Tristan looked at RK as he handed Stella’s hand over, and his words were clear and full of feeling.
Over the years, Tristan had held Stella in his heart, but he understood that his role would be that of a guardian, staying on the sidelines and wishing her the best life.
As for the people close to him, though he dismissed them, his heart was still bound to them.
“I will,” RK replied, looking at Tristan gratefully. “Stella will be happy for the rest of her life.”
Although RK directed these words to Tristan, his eyes never left Stella.
Tristan placed Stella’s hand over RK’s.
There was a mixture of emotions on his face, as if there was something inexplicable that he could not resolve.
RK looked at Tristan and, although he didn’t say anything else, he felt a great sense of gratitude towards him. If it weren’t for Tristan, Stella’s childhood would have been difficult. Tristan had taken care of her and Adrian when they needed him most, and RK couldn’t thank him enough.
Tristan tapped RK on the shoulder and said nothing more.
The wedding march continued…
Ruben and Emily put on their rings, followed by RK and Stella.
Both newlywed couples kissed.
The guests applauded excitedly. Everyone stood and clapped in unison. Adrian, happier than anyone, pulled up a chair to get a better look. To him, his whole family was finally reunited.
Stella and Emily changed clothes and walked next to Ruben and RK for a toast.
For some reason, Damien and Tristan started a conversation.
They had both loved Stella in the past, and finding themselves in the same room, they couldn’t help but talk about it. Fortunately, they had both found the people they loved.
The common goal that night was to get RK drunk.
RK said nothing. He simply smiled, taking each glass of wine and drinking it. Stella watched RK and wanted to stop him, but Tristan stopped her. Ruben was happy, and everyone was so focused on getting RK drunk that they wouldn’t give him a break. RK finally couldn’t take it anymore, even though they kept giving him water over and over again.
After the wedding…
RK couldn’t say goodbye to Stella after drinking so much. He fell asleep in bed, exhausted.
When Stella finished removing her makeup and came out after showering, she saw him lying on the bed.
She reached over and, with her fingers, traced the contours of his face.
Suddenly, RK reached up and took Stella’s hand, hugging it against his chest.
His nose rubbed against hers, still smelling of alcohol, but in a strangely appealing way.
“Honey, I love you,” he murmured.
Stella leaned in and kissed his lips, answering, “I love you too, husband.”
