Chapter 2103:
🍙 🍙 🍙 🍙 🍙
At that moment, he wanted nothing more than to rip Casper apart with his bare hands.
It was precisely this overwhelming hatred that had driven him to destroy the Scott family at any cost over the years.
His original intention had been to make Herbert suffer the agony of watching his loved ones die one after another. However, the old man had died too early to witness the complete destruction of his bloodline.
Waylon stared at Casper with murderous hatred blazing in his eyes as he roared, “Casper Diaz! Even death would be too merciful for you!”
No matter how desperately Casper sobbed and begged for forgiveness, Waylon’s expression remained utterly unmoved.

Waylon slowly turned toward Dylan, who stood nearby, and spoke in a hoarse voice. “I was wrong. I chose the wrong target for my revenge. For everything I’ve done to you and the Scott family… I owe you an apology.”
“Your apology means nothing to me, and I have no intention of accepting it,” Dylan replied coldly, his face devoid of emotion.
Waylon gave a bitter, helpless smile. “I know I deserve death, and I know no apology can undo the damage I caused. The only thing I can offer in repentance is my own life. But before that, allow me to settle this hatred with my own hands. Once Casper has paid for his crimes, I’ll return and accept whatever punishment you decide.”
As he spoke, Waylon lifted his eyes toward Christina. “I will keep my word. Please, trust me this one last time. Let me finish this revenge.”
His voice carried desperate pleading, as though he were begging for a final chance to breathe. As long as he could personally avenge his family and extinguish the hatred festering in his heart, he would be able to die without regret.
There was nothing left for him in this world anymore. His entire family was gone.
Even Terrence—the young man he had personally raised—was dead.
Only now did he finally realize the cruel truth—Terrence had not truly been destroyed by anyone else. In the end, he himself had been the one who ruined the young man’s life.
If he had not allowed hatred to consume him—if he had not molded Terrence into a weapon for revenge—perhaps the young man would never have met such a tragic end. The horrifying realization struck Waylon like lightning. He was the one who had killed Terrence.
He had destroyed the man he had raised as his grandson with his own hands.
Overwhelmed by unbearable guilt, Waylon broke down completely. The moment Terrence came to mind, tears streamed uncontrollably down his scarred face.
“It was me. I’m the one who destroyed that child. Terrence… it’s all my fault. I’m the murderer.”
Hearing his broken muttering, even Christina could not remain entirely indifferent.
After all, she still carried a sense of guilt toward Terrence deep in her heart.
“For Terrence’s sake, I’ll give you—” Christina paused midway through her sentence before turning toward Dylan, silently asking for his decision.
