Chapter 225:
🍙 🍙 🍙 🍙 🍙
Just as he was about to get up, a pair of leather shoes came into his view. Then she looked up and saw Keegan’s cold face, where she could see regret and guilt in his eyes.
He helped her to her feet and spoke helplessly, “Can’t you be more careful?” There was some aggravation in his heart.
“Hey, who told you to leave so quickly? You were gone before I could answer.”
“Well, I’ll take you back!” Keegan said as he tried to hug her.
“I can walk by myself!” Celia was about to leave when he stood up firmly. “Ah! It hurts so much!”
“Where does it hurt?” Keegan snapped.

“My foot hurts!” He realized that his foot seemed to have cramped up as he walked and…it hurt a lot! Without uttering a word, Keegan walked toward the hotel as he led her to her room.
Celia didn’t dare speak anything, but leaned into Keegan’s arms as she smelled the faint tobacco scent of his body. She had an impulse that made her cry.
“Did you sprain your foot?” asked Keegan quietly as he settled her on the bed before hesitating and helping her out of her boots. Celia suddenly felt the extended pain that made her force back her tears as his large hand touched her ankle. “Does it hurt here?” asked Keegan again.
Celia nodded.
“It’s okay, it’s not a fracture!” Keegan looked up to find that there were tears in her eyes. “Does it hurt?”
“Who told you to leave? Why don’t you stop when I yell at you? Why don’t you have patience? How can you let girls take initiatives?” said Celia as she shed her tears as it was the first time she showed love to a man which made her feel humiliated and embarrassed.
Raising his eyes and pursing his lips, Keegan looked at Celia. The look that spoke nothing made Celia nervous as she thought he was flattering herself and she also thought he was mocking her, so her tears fell.
Celia felt even more embarrassed when he didn’t speak at all. “I’m going to my room!” Keegan then held her down as she was about to get up and leave.
“Don’t move you’ve got a sprained foot!”He reached out his hand to wipe away her tears. “I don’t like girls who cry!” She froze, followed by frozen tears. “But you look so pretty when you cry…” He pursed his lips and smiled.
“How can you tease me…?” said Celia in a low voice.
She could only hide her heartbeat by lowering her head. But, Keegan lifted her chin and made her look down at herself. Afterwards, he kissed her forehead, “Good girl!”
“You…” Her embarrassment peaked.
“I like to do things quickly, but I’ll still give you time!” said Keegan. “Three months’ time, if we fit together, then we’ll get married, okay?”
She froze for a moment as if she felt it was a business deal, however, she still nodded dumbly.
“Yes!” After answering, she felt something strange about the business deal, was this love?
In the dark.
The bed was in a tangled mess where clothes were strewn on the floor revealing the ambiguity of a man and a woman where the most primal war between them had taken place. Awakening from sleep, Sherry was startled after opening her eyes, “Oh, why aren’t Daniel and Sammy back since it’s dark?”
“Honey, don’t worry, Keegan and Celia will bring them back!” William wrapped his arms around her waist and hooked her back to the bed.
“I hope we planted a baby!” A low magnetic voice was heard, William silently looked at Sherry who was frustrated after she woke up while revealing a smirk.
Turning slightly as she silently endured all the pain in her body, Sherry showed a cold face and looked at William, “William, get dressed to find your son, do you hear me?”
“Don’t keep thinking about other men!” William pouted as his large hand, again, restlessly roamed her slender body.
“He’s your son!”
“No way, he’s a man!” William’s deep, dark voice seemed a little wicked, “My dear, are you satisfied, do you think your husband is good enough?”
“If you don’t get up, I’ll ignore you. Go see if Daniel is back.” Sherry started to pick up her clothes and put them on.
“Fine, I’ll go now!” They both left the room and saw that Daniel and Sammy were watching TV just as they opened the door.
“Mom, Dad!” Sammy called happily as he turned around and saw Sherry and William.
“They’re all here already!” Sherry was relieved.
On the other hand, Daniel just waved at Sherry, “Poor Mommy, how unlucky you are to have been caught when you’ve only been gone a day!”
“It’s because Daddy has a great skill!”
William walked over to pick Sammy up as he whispered in her ear, “It’s time! Go in the next room, get your daddy and mommy up, we must go out to eat!”
Since he could no longer sleep with his wife in his arms, he couldn’t let Liam have that much fun.
“We’ve already eaten!” Daniel looked at William and flashed him a look of satisfaction. “You’re so efficient! I thought you wouldn’t be able to find us.”
“Daniel, where are Celia and Mr. Fox?” asked Sherry.
“They’re on their way out!”
“Oh! Really!”
“Sherry, Keegan hugged Celia!” said Sammy to Sherry as if he was introducing something very important.
“I’m going up to mom and dad now!” Keegan and Celia only showed that night and disappeared after handing the kids over to their parents. The next day, William and Liam respectively took their wives to the ski resort, William addressed Sherryand Sarah: “You both don’t ski, we’ll take our kids skiing together. We just have to wait for our triumph.”
“Oh, that’s great! I’ll go first.”
Daniel had already geared up and was skiing off in a flash.
“William, chase him! He’s sliding too fast!” cried Sherry worriedly.
“Daniel, don’t slide too fast!” William saw his son who had already skated off at high speed just as he turned around. “Hmmm, I’ll spank this kid when I’ve caught him!”
“Sammy, you’re not allowed to ski that fast!” ordered Sherry.
“Understood! I wouldn’t go that far!” Sammy replied firmly. “I’m here to protect Mom!”
“Oh! Daniel’s skiing too fast!” cried Sarah loudly.
“William, Liam, hurry up and chase him!”
“Slow down, Daniel!” yelled William loudly and chased after him.
“I’m flying, woohoo…” Daniel cheered as he glided along at the speed of the wind. Although the ski slope was suitable for beginners, the way Daniel was skiing at high speed worried everyone present, as he had just learned yesterday and was not yet that skilled.
Suddenly, Daniel was forced to fall down the ski slope as he was unable to control himself to avoid colliding with a child the moment he tried to reverse his direction.
“Daniel!” William shouted in shock, his voice trembling with horror.
In an instant, William slid quickly as Daniel was about to hit the ground, and bent his knees to catch his son, but they both went flying a few feet away.
William hit the snow but successfully protected his son from any injury.
“Dear son, are you okay, are you in pain?” he took off his gloves and checked Daniel’s body, “Are you okay, is something wrong?”
William was showing such a worried look at this point, as he feared his son was injured.
Looking at William, who was worried about him and feared he would get injured, Daniel felt guilty and froze.
“Are you afraid, son? Say something, dear!” William’s voice shook even more at the sight of Daniel who spoke nothing. “Did daddy fall on you?”
“I’m fine!” cried Daniel and his small hands wrapped around William’s neck.
“Are you really okay?” William was relieved and rushed to hug Daniel in his arms.
“Daddy, I made a mistake!” whispered Daniel an apology in William’s ear.
William was speechless when his son said the word daddy, he was so excited that tears almost came to his eyes.
“Daddy!” cried Daniel sincerely.
“My dear son, you’re finally willing to call me daddy!” William’s dark eyes burst with joy and excitement, he hugged Daniel tightly with ecstasy, as he thought he would have to wait even longer for this call.
“Thanks, Dad!” Daniel hugged William.
Liam smiled comfortingly at the sight of such a scene.
…
In H-Town.
William took Sherry and Daniel to visit his father-in-law after returning home.
Cohen scolded him again when he saw his daughter, “My dear daughter, how could you possibly not have a wedding? How dare you skip the wedding?”
“Dad, didn’t you and Susan have a wedding?” Sherry knew that her father and Susan had already received a marriage certificate. “I’m going to call Susan Mom from now on!”
Although it was a little awkward, there should have been courtesy since Susan was still her stepmother in terms of family seniority.
“No way! We don’t follow Chinese style but Western style, just call my name!” Susan smiled at William and Sherry and said, “William and I were classmates before, don’t call me mother Susan, just call my name to avoid making either of us feel awkward!”
“So what should I call you then, can I call you Granny?” asked Daniel.
The boy’s words elicited laughter from the adults and Cohen burst out laughing, “Oh, yes, it’s Granny, she’s my little wife! Of course you have to call her Granny.”
“Grandpa, do you have two wives? That will make granny jealous.”
“Hahaha… I only have one wife!” Cohen burst out laughing. “Susan, will you get jealous?
