Chapter 585:
🍙 🍙 🍙 🍙 🍙
Dolores hadn’t noticed, “On top of where?”
“Of my body,” he smiled.
Dolores, “…
You may be perceived as a decent, cold guy, but you’re not.” Dolores knew it now.
A man who seemed calm, cool and introverted usually had another wild side hidden behind.
He had never taken anything seriously.
How had she not noticed it before?
Matthew leaned toward her and put his lips to the tip of her nose, smiling,
“What kind of person am I?”
Dolores tilted her head, but was stopped by him, “Don’t avoid me.”
His smile and sneer made Dolores want to take the initiative to control the situation. She stopped avoiding him and looked him straight in the eyes, grabbed his tie and slowly worked her way up to his shirt collar and unbuttoned one of his buttons.
She lightly touched his skin with her fingers, this movement made him feel thirsty and swallow saliva. “Do you want to taste it right now?” she asked him softly.
Dolores’ seductive red lips lifted, slightly embarrassed, “May I?” she smiled.
No straight man would say no to this.
Even though he was a completely straight man, it was impossible for him to say no.
Dolores sat down on the couch and lifted her chin, “Lie down.”
Matthew hesitated, ‘she’s much more relaxed and open compared to before, but, do you want to?’

“Quickly.” Dolores pushed him down as he was in deep thought, she seemed to be in a hurry.
She wore a skirt and deliberately rubbed her legs against his sensitive area, then lowered her body over his, smiling coquettishly as she touched her chest and whispered, ‘Close your eyes, I’m shy if you keep looking at me like that…’.
A few strands of her hair fell as she lowered her body and brushed against his cheeks like feathers, it was soft and seductive.
Matthew felt warm. Her flirtatious movement was like a drug he couldn’t refuse.
He was a quiet and rather resilient person, but everything was crumbling in front of Dolores.
Dolores kissed his eyes, “I’m going to undress now, wait and don’t look.”
Matthew nodded, he was getting suspicious, but now he was sure she had no intention of doing anything, she was just teasing him.
But he was happy to play along just to make her happy.
There was a second when he truly believed Dolores was serious, but he knew it was just a funny game the moment Dolores asked him not to look.
Dolores smiled, giving a glance at the man on the couch. Then she walked quietly over and opened the door, she wasn’t crazy enough to do such a thing in broad daylight in the office.
As she was about to close the door, the secretary brought in the food. She signaled her to be quiet and approached her quietly.
Dolores took the food and whispered, “Tell him I’m gone.”
She didn’t notice the man open his eyes the moment she turned around and he was now standing neatly dressed behind her.
Matthew stopped the secretary who was about to greet him and motioned for her to be quiet, he wanted Dolores to feel that his evil plan had succeeded.
The secretary was confused, ‘What is this couple doing? They are acting strangely’.
She couldn’t understand.
Dolores took a cab back to the villa and bumped into Abbott who was leaving the villa.
“Miss,” Abbott greeted, thinking Dolores knew Matthew had arranged for an extra maid, so she didn’t say much.
Dolores saw that he was empty handed, so he wasn’t here to pick things up, “Why are you here?”
“You have no idea?” Abbott was flabbergasted.
“What?” Dolores confused.
“Mr. Nelson has asked me to get a new maid and I sent her here today, please let me know if she is suitable, I will arrange for another one if she is not,” Abbott explained.
Dolores wanted to discuss this with Matthew, but forgotten, he did so before she mentioned it. “Okay.”
“I’ll go back to the office now,” Abbott said.
Dolores nodded.
She saw Coral educating the new maid about the family and chores when she came in.
“This is Miss,” Dolores introduced.
The maid immediately turned her body and greeted, “Hello, Miss.”
Dolores took a good look at the new maid sent by Abbott. She was in her early thirties, looked young, hair neatly tied back, dressed in a blue-white shirt and long black pants, plain and with no additional accessories, she looked slightly nervous with her hands behind her body.
Coral noticed her nervousness and said, “Relax, the lady is nice and as long as you do your homework, she won’t mistreat you. Now introduce yourself to her.” They were going to live under the same roof, it was necessary for them to get to know her a little.
She began, “I’m Lucy Poole, I’m thirty-six years old, I’m divorced and have a son that my ex-husband has custody of, I’m single now.”
Dolores smiled, “We are a family with children, we are going to get along well in the future.”
“Of course, Coral explained it to me and I’m used to housework and babysitting, please stay calm,” Lucy explained immediately.
Guessing that Abbott checked her background before hiring her, Dolores didn’t ask further and told her to defer to Coral if she had any doubts.
“Please go to the market and prepare more dishes tonight, we will have guests,” Dolores told Coral.
Coral nodded as Dolores asked her to take Lucy so she could get used to the surroundings since she was now home.
Coral and Lucy then left for the market while Dolores headed for Theresa’s room. Andrew and Amanda were in the room, “Come on, Cotton,” Amanda said as she saw Dolores enter the room.
She was still angry with Dolores, she left with Cotton as soon as she saw her.
Dolores stopped her daughter, “Are you still mad, can I take you tomorrow?”
“Really?” Amanda looked up.
Dolores nodded, “Yes.”
She wanted Matthew to bring her, but he seemed to be busy.
Amanda smiled as Dolores let out a sigh of relief. ‘Kids are hard to please as they get older, a toddler was better, apart from being clingy everything else is fine. This is the first time he’s ever been mad at her’.
‘Let’s play chess Simona,’ Andrew approached.
Amanda wanted to play too, so they went back to her room with Cotton while Dolores urged her son to look after his sister.
Andrew waved his hand, “Understood.”
He knew he had to be more patient and be more attentive to his little sister since she was upset.
Dolores closed the door after the kids left and glanced at Theresa, “Feeling better?”
Theresa looked refreshed, “The fever is better, but a leg injury is keeping me from walking.”
Dolores poured her a glass of water and sat down next to her. Armand might be here tonight, so he came to warn Theresa in advance.
“Boyce has been promoted, I’ve invited him to a celebration,” she said tactfully.
He thought Theresa understood, the three of them were friends, Armand would definitely be here to celebrate Boyce’s promotion.
Theresa understood but kept her cool, “Congratulations, Boyce deserves it.” She shared the same opinion as Dolores about Boyce’s promotion.
Dolores was confused to see his calm, it seemed Theresa had put aside her love for Armand.
“We have caught the man in the temple, Armand will interrogate him.” Dolores couldn’t help but praise Armand.
There was no other intention or asking for forgiveness, she simply wanted to let him know.
Theresa’s fists under the blanket clenched, she remained calm remembering what the doctor told her. She smiled, “I know your intention, regarding Armand…”
