Chapter 1665:

Stella grew quiet. In truth, she had never considered putting up a physical store just yet.
“Most of my orders are made online,” she said after a while. “The studio is mainly for meeting important clients and consultations about the designs. The bulk of the production process is handled by the factories.”
“Your studio is in a rather remote location, and isn’t very spacious at all,” Bella pointed out. “If you want to market your brand to upper society, you will need to have a physical store. Trust me, it will do wonders in boosting your business’s image and consumer awareness.”
Stella listened intently, realizing that Bella’s words held some merit. When Stella had originally chosen her studio, her primary focus had been on creating a peaceful and undisturbed environment. She hadn’t imagined that one day she would be building her own brand.
After a moment of reflection, Stella said, “I’ll ask DO to check if there are any suitable commercial spaces available.”
Alissa’s eyes sparkled with excitement as she replied, “Carly has already scouted some properties. There’s one that seems perfect, and as luck would have it, it’s owned by Prosperity Group. You could reach out to Matthew and ask if it’s reserved. If not, it would save you a lot of hassle.”
Bella chimed in, eagerly listing the property’s advantages. “The location is prime—close to your studio and surrounded by affluent shoppers. There’s a decent amount of foot traffic too. It’s ideal for a high-end brand’s physical store.”
Though Stella was tempted by the idea, her thoughts wandered to her complicated and delicate relationship with Matthew. With his upcoming surgery weighing on her mind, she found it hard to focus on the prospect of a store, leaving her feeling torn.
Suddenly, Bella seemed to recall something and said, “I almost forgot—you left Prosperity Group to strike out on your own. You wouldn’t want your success to be overshadowed by the title of ‘Mrs. Clark.’ Don’t overthink it. If you really want to open a store, take your time to evaluate the options. Seamarsh is big. There has to be more than one ideal location.”
Stella nodded in agreement.
As the evening wore on, Alissa suggested, “Why don’t we go out for dinner? We can invite Doreen and Carly too. Let’s make it a lively gathering.”

Stella smiled and agreed. “Sounds good. So much happened during the recent launch event that I never got the chance to properly host everyone.”
As the launch event crossed her mind, she couldn’t help but recall the situation with Robin. Her expression darkened slightly.
Bella noticed the subtle shift in Stella’s mood. After some thought, she surmised that it was connected to the launch event.
Rumors about Lindsay and Matthew had been circulating lately, which reminded Bella of how Elizabeth had gone to extreme lengths to win Matthew’s affection in the past.
Bella said, “That day, the chandelier fell so suddenly. Despite Lindsay’s leg injury, she still rushed to save you. She’s truly a kind person. You should really show concern for her well-being and investigate the matter thoroughly to give her a clear explanation.”
Stella didn’t want Bella to know the unpleasant details, so she forced a smile and replied, “It’s nothing, just an accident. I’ve already looked into it, and Lindsay is fine.”
Bella frowned, her skepticism evident. “How could it be such a coincidence? Something about this doesn’t feel right.”
