Chapter 652:
“Adrian, remember to greet them later.” Stella grabbed Adrian’s hand and reminded him. Adrian nodded.
Adrian wanted to laugh when he saw Stella’s nervous look, but he didn’t dare to. He had never seen her like this. RK took Stella into his arms and patted her on the back. He knew that Stella was nervous at this moment, but he didn’t expect her to be so anxious.
To be honest, Stella didn’t know why she was so nervous. She had never been so nervous when she saw RK for the first time.
When they arrived at the Kingston family home, which was a huge castle, Stella didn’t expect RK’s family to be like this. She had thought that it would be a villa at most.
RK led Stella and Adrian out of the car, while Ruben and Emily got out of the car ahead of them. Ruben looked at the empty courtyard, and the corner of his mouth twitched. He remembered that when he came back in the past, there were a bunch of people waiting to welcome him home, but this time, there was a single person.
RK, on the other hand, was very happy. He was the one who had called his mother and told her not to act like before; otherwise, she would scare her daughter-in-law and grandson. That was why no one welcomed him in the courtyard.
“Eldest Young Master, Second Young Master, Old Master, and Madam are already in the living room,” Uncle Lewis said, coming forward to remind them as he saw them standing still.
RK pulled Stella and Adrian to the living room.
“Emily, come back to your senses. I will show you around later. Let’s go in and greet them first,” Ruben tugged at Emily, who was still in a daze, and said.
Hearing Ruben’s words, Emily blushed and followed him.
As soon as Stella entered the door, she saw Mr. and Mrs. Kingston sitting on the sofa in the living room. She was no longer nervous. Perhaps it was because she had been so anxious before; she felt relaxed now.
“You are Stella, aren’t you? Come and have a seat,” Mrs. Kingston waved at her when she saw Stella, but her eyes were fixed on her. She had heard that she had two daughters-in-law and a grandson, so why did she only see one of them?
Stella seemed to have guessed what Mrs. Kingston was thinking and immediately pulled Adrian, who was hiding behind her, out. “Nice to meet you, Uncle and Aunt. Adrian, say hello to Grandma and Grandpa.” Stella put her hand on Adrian’s shoulder and smiled at Mr. and Mrs. Kingston. “Hello, Grandpa and Grandma!”

Adrian greeted his grandparents obediently and bowed to them. “This is Little Rian. Come here and let me take a good look at you.”
When Mrs. Kingston saw Adrian, she quickly waved at him and asked him to come over. She had completely forgotten about her daughter-in-law.
Mr. Kingston’s poker face was no longer as stiff as it had been, and his expression softened a lot when he saw Adrian. Adrian looked at Stella, who nodded and let go of Adrian’s hand.
When Adrian walked up to Kingston, Mrs. Kingston held him in her arms and didn’t let him go. She pinched his face and touched his hair.
Holding Stella’s hand, RK walked over to the sofa and sat down.
Holding Emily’s hand, Ruben saw Mrs. Kingston rubbing Adrian’s head when he came in. “Mother, you can’t forget us just because you saw your grandson, can you?” Ruben let go of Emily’s hand and placed it on her shoulder.
Mrs. Kingston raised her head when she heard Ruben’s words and looked over at Mr. Kingston.
When Emily saw that everyone was looking at her, she was so nervous that she almost couldn’t speak. She didn’t look like the carefree Emily at all. “Nice to meet you, Uncle and Aunt.”
Emily greeted them and smiled at them.
“You are Emily, aren’t you? From now on, you should teach Ruben a good lesson. He doesn’t behave like an elder brother at all,” Mrs. Kingston said in a friendly manner. She liked her two daughters-in-law.
“My dear mother, don’t insult me like that!” Ruben rubbed his nose and said as he walked to the sofa with Emily in his arms and sat down.
Because there was a little distance between them, and Ruben spoke in a low voice, Kingston didn’t hear what Ruben said and thought that he was talking to Emily. “You have been on the plane for so long. You must be tired. The room has been cleaned. You should go to rest first.”
Seeing that his wife had completely forgotten about this, Kingston could only remind her, “That’s right! You must be tired. Go and get some rest.” Mrs. Kingston didn’t want to let go of Adrian, but she knew he had to rest. Anyway, they would see each other in a while; it was good for her grandson to rest now.
RK nodded and held Stella’s hand to stand up. Stella nodded at Mr. and Mrs. Kingston, then took Adrian’s hand and followed RK up the stairs.
